PrePreparation
Soak 3 tbsp rice, 2 tsp urad dal for 4 hours and blend to a smooth batter. Ferment It overnight.

Blend 2 tbsp chopped palak Into puree.
- Step 3
Preparation
Heat a pan, spread ladleful of batter and cook partially.
- Step 4
Apply 2 tsp oil and spread palak puree, 3 tsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Cook till done and serve hot.
