Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera aloow it to crackle, add 1/8 tsp hing and mix well
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Step 3
and saute well, add 1 tbsp chopped spinach leaves, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4
Add water, cooked tur dal, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp lemon juice
