Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp achari masala, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/2 tsp dhania powder.
- Step 2
Saute until tomatoes soften.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut and 1/2 tbsp besan and mix well.
- Step 4
Add little water and allow it to cook.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and season with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 6
Mix and add 1/2 cup paneer cubes.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 8
Cover and let it simmer.
- Step 9
Add 1/4th tsp kasturi methi and mix.
- Step 10
Serve hot with chapati.
