- Step 1
For Gravy
Heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup diced onion, and sauté till golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 3 dry red chillies, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnut, 1/4 cup diced tomato and saute until cooked.
- Step 3
Turn off the flame and cool the mixture.
- Step 4
Blend the mixture to a smooth puree and keep aside.
- Step 5
For Vegetable
Heat 1.5 tsp butter in a kadhai, add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, onion paste, water and mix it well.

Add 1/4 tsp garam masala powder and 1/2 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7
Cover and cook for a while.
- Step 8
Add a little water, 1 tbsp fresh cream, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Step 9
Finally, add 1/4 cup paneer cubes and combine well.
- Step 10
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 11
Serve hot with roti, naan or steamed rice.
