- Step 1
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll into a roti.
- Step 2
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti until light brown.
- Step 3
To make the stuffing, heat 3 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1/3 cup mashed paneer.
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6
Sauté everything and keep aside.
- Step 7
Take the roti, place the paneer capsicum in the centre and roll the roti with stuffing.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
