- Step 1
For Gravy
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1/3 cup chopped tomato, saute and blend the mixture. Keep aside.
- Step 3
For Bhaji
Add 1 tsp oil in a heated pan.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 6 cubes of paneer and the blended mixture. Saute well.
- Step 5
Now add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp dhania Powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and a little water.
- Step 6
Lastly, add 1/8 cup chopped capsicum and water as required.
- Step 7
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Mix well and serve.
