Steps
- Step 1
Take a pan and heat 1.5 tsp oil
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped capsicum. Saute well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp paneer cubes, 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce and 1/2 tsp salt. Saute well
- Step 4
In a non stick tava, pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it.
- Step 5
Roast with 1 tsp butter.
- Step 6
Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and sauted paneer mixture.
- Step 7
Fold the dosa and serve hot.
