In a bowl add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
and mix well.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds

Knead a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 5
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts.
- Step 7
Roll each dough ball into round roti.
- Step 8
Heat a tawa, roast the roti on both sides using oil
- Step 9
Serve warm with sabzi or dal.
