- Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté well.
- Step 2
Once the onions are browned, add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix.

Further pour in 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in little water and mix well.
- Step 4
Pour in a little water and stir properly.
- Step 5
Once the gravy starts thickening add 1 tbsp spring onion and 2 tbsp cubed paneer.
- Step 6
Making sure all the ingredients are well mixed, allow it to cook for a few more minutes and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 7
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
