- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves.
- Step 3
Saute until methi leaves soften.
- Step 4
Add palak puree and saute over low flame.
- Step 5
Pour a little water to adjust the consistency and add 5 paneer cubes.
- Step 6
Mix all well. Cover and cook for a minute.
- Step 7
Add 2 tsp cream and combine well.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 9
Serve it hot with chapati.
