- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, 1/3 cup mashed paneer, 2 tbsp sugar and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp milk powder,1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and keep stirring until it thickens.
- Step 3
Cool down the mixture at room temperature then knead into smooth dough.
- Step 4
Divide mixture into small portions.
- Step 5
Shape each portion into a ball or oval.
- Step 6
Flatten it slightly.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped pista
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashew
- Step 9
