- Step 1
For Filling
Heat a pan with 1 tsp, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp dhania powder, 3 tbsp grated pumpkin and mix it well.

Add a little water to cook.

Add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer and mix well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Allow it to cool and keep aside.

For Dough
Knead 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt with water as required.

Roll into a round shape and cut into a half.
- Step 9
Make triangular pockets of each half.
- Step 10
Fill with pumpkin paneer mixture and seal the edges.
- Step 11
Heat oil for frying and deep fry the samosa until golden brown.
- Step 12
Serve hot.
