- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp lemon Juice, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3
Add 100g paneer pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Step 4
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 5
Insert the marinated paneer pieces into skewers and place on the pan
- Step 6
Roast on all sides until charred.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
