- Step 1
For Stuffing
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/8th cup of each julienne capsicum, julienne onion, and julienne cabbage, 1 tbsp grated carrot.

Saute for a while and add 1/4th grated paneer with 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix together, turn off the heat and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion.

Mix and keep aside.

For Chapati
Take 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, with 1/4th tsp salt and sufficient water to knead a soft dough.
- Step 5
Take a small portion of dough, dust with some flour, and roll a thin chapati.
- Step 6
Add prepared stuffing, fold and seal the chapati.
- Step 7
Heat oil for deep frying and fry the prepared spring rolls.
- Step 8
Serve with ketchup or chutney.
