- Step 1
PrePreparation
In 1/4 cup paneer cubes, add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/8 tsp salt. Marinate for 30 min.
- Step 2
In 1/4 cup julienne potato, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, marinate for 15 min and deep fry till golden and crisp.
- Step 3
In a bowl add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and add water as required. Knead into a soft dough. Roll out the dough into a round roti and roast the roti on both sides.
- Step 4
For Paneer
Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan.
- Step 5
Grill the marinated paneer cubes on both sides.
- Step 6
For shawarma
Take the roti and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp pizza sauce, grilled paneer cubes, french fries, and 1 tsp julienne green cabbage.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrots.
- Step 8
Roll & serve the paneer shawarma.
