- Step 1
For Stuffing
In a bowl, add 5 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera and mix well and keep it aside.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3
For Dough
In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp ajwain and water. Knead the dough.

Roll it into a paratha.
- Step 5
For Paratha
Fill the prepared mixture into the rolled dough and seal it from all sides.
- Step 6
Roll into a paratha and heat a griddle to roast.
- Step 7
Grease the griddle with 1.5 tsp ghee and roast completely.
- Step 8
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
