PrePreparation
Knead a semisoft dough with 3.5 tbsp whole wheat flour and water as required.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

Preparation
In a bowl, add 6 tbsp grated paneer, 1/2 tsp of chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of jeera powder, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder. Mix the mixture well and keep aside.

Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
- Step 5
Flatten and spread the dough and place the paneer filling in the centre.
- Step 6
Seal the dough edges and roll it gently into a paratha again.
- Step 7
Heat a pan, place the paratha, and roast it with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 8
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve with an accompaniment of your choice.
