- Step 1
For marination
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp oil and mix well.

Now add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour, little water and mix into a smooth paste.

Keep aside.

For tikka
Insert vegetable and paneer alternately on skewers
- Step 5
Apply the marination evenly on all sides
- Step 6
Brush a non stick pan with oil, place the paneer tikka skewers
- Step 7
Roast till light brown on all sides
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 9
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
