- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tsp grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt and saute.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 3
Now add 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix.
- Step 4
Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 slices of oats bread.
- Step 5
Add prepared mixture in it.
- Step 6
Grill sandwich on each side making sure it turns golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
