- Step 1
For Mutton Stuffing
In a bowl add 1/3 cup minced mutton,1/4 tsp black pepper,1/8 tsp salt,2 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp oyster sauce,2 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Wonton
In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.
- Step 4
Add mutton stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then give a shape into the wonton.
- Step 5
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and pan fry the wontons till golden in color.
- Step 6
Cook and serve.
