- Step 1
For Spinach Paneer Stuffing
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/3 cup chopped spinach, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 2
Transfer in a bowl. add 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 3
For Wonton
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp butter and water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in a square shape and cut it into a small square sheet.
- Step 5
Add spinach paneer stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then give a shape into the wonton.
- Step 6
Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai add the wontons and shallow fry till golden in color.
- Step 7
Cook and serve.
