- Step 1
In a blender, add soaked chopped dates, tamarind pulp, 1/3 tbsp jaggery powder, 2/3 tbsp chopped pudina, 2/3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 garlic, 1/3 tsp red chilli powder, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp chaat masala and water as required.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Blend until smooth. Strain if required.
- Step 4
Place 6 pani puri on the plate.
- Step 5
Fill each with 2.5 tbsp boiled mashed potato.
- Step 6
Sprinkle 1/8 tsp chaat masala.
- Step 7
Pour in the pani puri water and eat immediately, in one go,
