Steps
- Step 1
Add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp red chilli, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp tur dal, 1 tbsp bengal gram dal, 2 tsp grated coconut and saute well
- Step 2
Grind it with water and 1/4 tsp salt
- Step 3
Serve it with Hot Rice
