- Step 1
In a heated pan add 1/2 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp Rai, 1/4 tsp Jeera and 4 Kadi Patta.
- Step 2
Allow to crackle.
- Step 3
To this add 1/4 cup chopped Onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 4
Now add 1/2 tsp chopped Green Chilli, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1/8 tsp Haldi,1/2 cup diced Pawar and 1/4 cup diced Potato.
- Step 5
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 6
Add water as required and 1 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves.
- Step 7
Close and cook for 5 min.
- Step 8
Tasty Parwal Batatachi Bhaji is ready to serve.
