Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp olive oil, add 1 tbsp each of chopped yellow zucchini, green capsicum, 1 tbsp sweet corn and saute, now add pureed pumpkin and saute.
- Step 2
Now add 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt give it a mix.
- Step 3
Add cooked macaroni, 2 tbsp chopped cherry tomato, 1 tbsp chopped olives.
- Step 4
Mix well and serve.
