- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 tsp rice flour, 2 tsp suji, 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well

Gradually add 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, whisk into a smooth batter and set aside.
- Step 3
Next, heat a pan with 1/2 tsp coconut oil, add 1/8 cup grated fresh coconut,1 tbsp chopped jaggery and mix well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios
- Step 5
Turn off the flame, let it cool, make cylindrical even sized coconut rolls and set aside
- Step 6
Heat a nonstick pan with 1/4 tsp ghee, pour a ladle of the batter and spread evenly to a oblong shape
- Step 7
Place the coconut roll at one end and roll it
- Step 8
Serve warm
