- Step 1
For Pav Bhaji Stuffing
In a bowl, add boiled diced potatoes, 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp boiled mashed peas, 1 tsp grated of each cauliflower and bottle gourd, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it all well.

Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala.
- Step 3
Mash everything together, keep it aside and start preparing paratha dough.
- Step 4
For Paratha
Knead a soft dough with 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll and stuff with a spoonful of filling and roll again
- Step 7
Heat a nonstick tava, place the paratha and roast using ghee on both sides
- Step 8
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or curry.
