- Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
- Step 2
Add1/2 cup wheat flour, pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Fold in chopped peach, 20 black raisins, 3 tbsp chopped walnuts and 1 tbsp chocolate chips.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 5
Fill each mould about 2/3 full.
- Step 6
Bake the muffins for 1520 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 7
Remove muffins from oven and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 8
