- Step 1
Pre preparation
Prepare 1 tbsp dry roasted peanuts and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp of Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp besan, and 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- Step 3
For seasoning, add 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sugar add a little water and whisk everything until the mix is smooth.
- Step 4
Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan, 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera,1/2 a piece of cinnamon stick, 4 kadi patta, the prepared roasted peanuts and saute well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds.
- Step 6
Now, add the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and mix well so that no lumps are formed.
- Step 7
Add water as required and let the kadhi simmer for 23 minutes.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
