Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/8th cup julienne onion and saute until it is translucent
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, soaked soya chunks and saute it well
- Step 3
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix it well
- Step 4
Add the cooked rice
- Step 5
Mix it well
- Step 6
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
