- Step 1
For stuffing
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp boiled mashed peas, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp coriander leaves.

Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 3
For outer cover
Ina bowl add 1/4 cup boiled, mashed potato, 1 tbsp corn flour and knead it into a dough.
- Step 4
In a small portion stuff the mixture and shape into rolls.
- Step 5
Coat with 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and deep fry.
- Step 6
Serve hot peas coconut rolls with a dip, ketchup or chutney of your choice.
