- Step 1
Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp tomato, 1/2 tsp green chilli, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt & saute well.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp peas and saute it. Add water & mix well.
- Step 3
Cook it for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup button mushroom, 1 tbsp coriander leaves. Saute well.
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp cashew nut paste and water into it.
- Step 5
Add kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist). Add more water & cook well.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
