- Step 1
Separate 1 egg into egg yolk and egg white.
- Step 2
In a bowl, add egg yolk, 1 tsp each of chopped green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, mix well and keep aside.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp salt in egg white and whisk until fluffy.
- Step 5
Add whisked egg whites in cheese egg mixture gradually and fold.
- Step 6
Grease ramekin with 1/2 tsp butter and transfer mixture in it.
- Step 7
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 min and serve.
