Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add three mixed flours. 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup julienne onion and mix well.
- Step 3
Heat oil for frying and deep fry the onion pakoda
