- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup chopped pineapple, 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and cook until it softens
- Step 2
Add poha mixture and mix it.
- Step 3
Pour cup of warm water, stir continuously on a low flame to avoid lumps.
- Step 4
Once it thickens, add saffron water.
- Step 5
Mix well and cook until it leaves the sides of pan
- Step 6
Add 1/4 tsp black elaichi powder and mix again.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts
- Step 8
Serve warm
