In a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup Nestlé Milkmaid, 1 tsp sugar powder, 6 tsp butter, and whisk well.

Sieve 1/2 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda in the mixing bowl.
- Step 3
Add a mix of 1/4 tsp vinegar and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

Pour a little water to adjust the batter consistency and mix well.

Add 1/3 cup chopped pineapple and fold the mixture gently.
- Step 6
Grease a tin with 1/8 tsp oil and dust it with 1/2 tsp maida.

Pour batter into the tin, smooth the top, and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, check with a toothpick if the cake is done.

Once done, let it cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Garnish with a pineapple slice.
