- Step 1
For Stuffing
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil them add into the 2 tsp chopped pista,1/8 tsp cinnamon powder.

Saute it well.
- Step 3
For Dough
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder, 1 tbsp maida, 4 tbsp khoa,1/2 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk. Mix together.

Knead the dough and make small balls out of it then flatten it and stuff pista stuffing and make smooth round shape balls.

In a frying pan add oil.

Fry Prepared Gulab Jamun
- Step 7
Fry till it turns Slightly Golden in Colour
- Step 8
For Sugar Syrup
In a pan add water as required 3 tbsp sugar, 1 green elaichi and boil till it thickens.
- Step 9
Allow it to Slightly Cool.
- Step 10
Add the prepared Gulab Jamun in the Sugar Syrup.
- Step 11
Soak for Few Minutes.
- Step 12
Remove from Sugar Syrup.
- Step 13
Serve.
