In a bowl add 1 tsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and mix well

Add warm water and whisk until smooth

Let it sit for 510 minutes until it bubbles.

In another bowl add 1.5 cup maida, add the yeast mixture, salt for taste and knead into a semisoft dough

Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds

Add 1 tsp olive oil, knead again until the dough is smooth and elastic

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Divide into equal parts, roll each into thick rounds

Heat a skillet or nonstick pan over mediumhigh heat.

Place one rolled dough on the skillet and cook for 12 minutes until it puffs up and browns slightly, then flip and cook for another minute.

Remove and keep warm under a cloth. Repeat with the remaining dough.
