Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4th tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Step 5
Take a portion of dough, flatten it, sprinkle 1/2 tsp black til and roll into a kulcha.
- Step 6
Brush with water and place it on a heated pan.
- Step 7
Roast it evenly using 1 tsp butter until light brown
- Step 8
Serve hot kulcha with vegetable.
