- Step 1
For Plum
In a mixing bowl add 4 number of sliced plums,1/2 tbsp jaggery powder,1/8 tsp grated lemon zest,1/4 tsp corn flour and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Crumble
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,ground almonds,1/2 tbsp jaggery powder,1/8 tsp baking powder.1/8 tsp cinnamon powder,1/8 tsp salt,1 tbsp butter and rub with your fingers.
- Step 3
Take baking mould then add into the sliced plum mixture , spread crumble mixture.
- Step 4
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
