- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk until smooth.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup chopped plums, 20 black raisins, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, 1/8 tsp salt and gently mix.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts
- Step 5
Pour the batter into each mould about 2/3 full.
- Step 6
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 1520 mins or until golden brown.
- Step 7
Remove muffins from oven and let cool in tin for 5 minutes.
- Step 8
Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
