- Step 1
In a pan add 2 tsp white til,1 dry red chilli, 5 kadi patta, 2 tsp chana dal, 2 tsp urad dal and dry roast all ingredients.
- Step 2
Cool and blend to a fine powder.
- Step 3
Knead a semi soft dough using 1/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated white pumpkin, ground powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Step 6
Divide into equal parts and roll it into a round shape.
- Step 7
Roast it on both sides using 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 8
Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd.
