- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp dry coconut slices, 2 tbsp roasted groundnut, 2 tbsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup poha, 1/4 tsp salt and roast properly.
- Step 3
Once slightly browned, take off the flame and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
