Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp poha powder, 1 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and salt for taste

Cover and rest the batter
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix all ingredients
- Step 5
Grease a plate with 1/2 tsp oil and pour the plate.
- Step 6
Steam it for 10 mins or until done
- Step 7
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai and kadi patta
- Step 8
Add the tadka over dhokla
- Step 9
Cut into desired pieces
- Step 10
Top it up with 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 2 tbsp chopped tomato.
- Step 11
Squeeze 1 tsp lemon juice and sprinkle 1 tbsp sev, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste
- Step 12
Serve fresh.
