- Step 1
In a bowl, add poha, 2 tbsp boiled mashed raw banana, 1/2 cup chopped palak, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 4
Mix everything well and shape into round cutlets
- Step 5
Heat a tawa, brush with 2 tsp oil and place the cutlets
- Step 6
Roast until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve with chutney or ketchup
