Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 150 ml water and boil it.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped carrot, 1.5 tbsp chopped capsicum
- Step 3
1.5 tbsp chopped cabbage ,1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 4
Now add 100 gm teared pomfret fish and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 5
Mix well and let it cook.
- Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tbsp corn flour slurry.
- Step 7
Let it cook and bring to boil.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
