- Step 1
In a blender, add 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/8th cup diced tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp haldi and 1/4th tsp red chilli.
- Step 2
Blend all the ingredients well into a smooth mixture..

In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/8th tsp hing, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 cup chopped potato, 15 slices chopped padwal and mix well.
- Step 5
Then add the mixture and mix again.
- Step 6
Add water as required cover and cook for a while.
- Step 7
When the vegetables look tender, add 1/4thtsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 8
Serve hot with chapati.
