- Step 1
Melt 1/2 tbsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 prawns and saute.
- Step 2
Once the prawns is slightly browned, add 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped mushroom, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and sauté.
- Step 3
Along with the required amount of water, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1.5 tsp soya sauce, previously dissolved 1 tsp cornflour in water.
- Step 4
Stirring continuously, bring the soup to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
