Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/2 cup blanched pumpkin,1/4 cup chopped apple,1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder and saute it.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 3
Cover an cook for 2 mins.
- Step 4
Cool the mix and blend into a smooth puree along with 2 tbsp coconut milk.
- Step 5
Simmer for a min on low flame.
- Step 6
Serve warm.
