- Step 1
For mixture
First boil and mash 1 tbsp chole.
- Step 2
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp cooking oil add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/8 tsp salt, water and mix well.

Add boiled & mashed chickpeas, 3 tbsp diced pumpkin, mix properly and allow to cook for a while.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top and mix.

For Sheet
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, water, mix and knead into a soft dough.

Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 8
Roll out the dough ball using rolling pin.
- Step 9
Add prepared mixture & seal in square shape.
- Step 10
Heat oil in a kadai for frying.
- Step 11
Deep fry squares till it turns golden brown.
- Step 12
Serve hot with chutney.
